Dance and discover your body all over again while developing a deeper and more loving connection to your body and soul.

 

This is a fun pay per class session where we will learn different isolations and have fun dancing in class together.

 

No routines or performances.

You can wear anything you feel happy to dance in. I would recommend gym clothes/yoga pants. Tight fitting clothes work best as we need to see how our body moves when we do isolations. But you can wear anything you feel good in. Just remember that you will be sweating. 
 

 

Please bring a scarf to tie around your waist or you can purchase a coin scarf from me ( $15-20)

Every Thursdays 7pm-8pm
Classes are $20/class ( Pay per class - No commitments)
 

Address: Lutheran church studio ( 21 Adelaide Road, Victor Harbor)
Please park on the right side of the building and come in through the back door.
